The assault resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people injured by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
